Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir originates in Burgundy, France. It usually has a soft ruby red colour, but depending on the production method it can also has a slightly violet tinge. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of cherries, almonds and blackberries. With proper aging in oak barrels, it develps a velevety taste with a gentle hint of vanilla.
It’s a perfect pairing with red meat dishes, mushrooms and moderately aged cheeses.
It should be served at 14-16°C.
