Carisma Cuvée is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a deep red colour with a delicate and sweet aroma reminiscent of cherry, forest fruits and plum jam with a gentle hint of herbs and Mediterranian spices. It has a long and elegant aftertaste with undertones of cocoa, vanilla and chocolate.
Carisma Cuvée is an excelent pairing with all main dishes with ripe cheeses, smoked meats, roasts and game.
It should be served at 15-18°C.
