Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris has a very fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe pear, pineapple and banana. It is a very complex wine with a smooth and silky taste and a long rich aftertaste.
It’s a nice pairing with polenta, risotto with spring vegetables, fish and white meat.
It should be served at 10-12°C.
