Merlot

Merlot is distinguished by its deep ruby red colour and a ripe, fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries, prunes and raspberries with a hint of jammy undertones. It’s velvety and balanced taste ensures a long finish. Properly aged it develops lethery notes with a hint of coffee and chocolate.
Merlot is a good pairing with most main dishes like pork, lamb, game and mature cheeses.

It should be served at 15-18°C.
